Hello @tdh48, thank you for reporting the issue. Can you please confirm if opening a file via File-> Open Dialogue works?

Can you check if updating to latest version (if not already on it) would resolve this issue?

You can go into Help- check for update. If that does not show an update, go to Help - support and diagnostics - Fusion service utility and do a repair.

Please confirm if your issue is resolved.

It is a similar problem for me. Even the Fusion Service Utility does not help. I've allready deleted and re-downloaded the app.

Hello Aparna,

Thanks for your response. Opening a file by using the option File and the dialogue works. So I can opening my files and I also see my files into the online environment. I already did a reinstallation of fusion 360 two times. First I removed it normally by the uninstall. Seconds time I removed it by use revouninstaller and removing al the files who where left behind. None of this methods worked.

Today there was an update so I installed that update also. But the project bar doesn't show up correctly and isn't clickable. For now it's totally gray. When starting the application. You can see the normal view but than it's loading a gray picture. I have 8 items into my respository so I'm not above the limit of 10 editable items.

clear cache doesn't work

repair doesn't work

Using another account doesn't work

Right now I'm on the version below.

Fusion 2.0.21550 x86_64
Active Plan: Personal
Windows 11 Home 24H2 (26100.3194

Snap2.jpg

Now it's showing this again.

Hopefully you can help me out with another possible solution I can try.

repaired the installtion (didn't worked)

tried another account (didn't worked)

Do you get the uploading preferences textbox everytime when you close the app? I think it has something to do with this issue.

Hi @tdh48 ,

For "Cannot close until jobs in progress complete

Can you please try the below:

1. Close Fusion
2. Go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\UNIQUE ID\P.login\DELETE jobs.json

3. Go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\UNIQUE ID\W.login\DELETE folder Q
4. Go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\UNIQUE ID\W.login\DELETE UploadQueuedFileList.xml

5. Now start Fusion

If you still face probelm with the DataPanel can you try below steps as well:

  • Update graphics drivers (uninstall and reinstall too)
  • Turning Fusion manually into offline/online
  • Manual reset of DP
  • Preferences - Graphics > Display > High-resolution canvas graphics on High DPI displays - Uncheck
  • Create a new design and save - In some instances this has triggered the data panel to update and then work normally

Let us know if this helps.

Dear Vinayak Dhame,

Thanks for sending all the information.

I followed all steps you suggested but none of this steps solved my problem.

Is there any way to get it work?

When I'm closing fusion I still see a flash of the files I have created.

Regards,

Tijmen

As you can see in the video, I can not see the data panel. And the timeline UI is getting broken when I hide the data panel. I really need some help for these problems. Me and my team are going to participate in a competition in about 2 weeks and I am the CAD designer of the team.

I attached the video below.
