Dear Fusion Archmagi

I'm having a issue with the tangent relationships feature. For context The components which are being problematic is a tangent relationship between a Scottish yoke and a dowel. the components are positioned so the dowel is in the middle of the Scottish yoke on the X and Z axis. When I set a tangent relationship to animate the dowel and yoke, the yoke goes to the front of the dowel (on the Z axis) and a touch left. (in the x axis) My first thought was it was a problem with version. I had remembered moving these components before so I updated the version, and saved then tried. It had no affect. I then tried to attach a guide using a tangent relationship, (which was bugged but since the guide wasn't supposed to be stationary I just moved the components) then I pinned the guide making it, to us humans, Impossible to move. then I tested the tangent. The guide, of course, stayed stationary. Everything Else moved instead. I've even added another dowel which, fixed to the guide and pinned, which didn't work.  I have no clue how to fix this, please help, I've attached some screenshots of the full project.

Sincerely, a Fusion Newbie
