Sync between computers problem

I am having an issue with the sync of folder and files between my two computers. Both are Mac, both are up to date running the most recent version of Fusion 360. One is an iMac and the other is a MacBook.

When I open F360 on my MacBook some of the files in my project folders are not there. In some folders there are files but not all of them. Some of the file Icons are only partially shown. I am not able to scroll up or down the partial icons are shown.

All of the files are visible in my A360 account and I can click them and open them in the desktop so there are saved. They all show up normally in my desktop Mac when I open F360.

The screenshots I posted are from my MacBook. As you can see the editors choice folder is in complete when compared to the A360 account.

I've read as much as I can find on this but I can not seem to find this exact issue anywhere. I have tried the sync icon at the top of the data panel but it doesn't seem to do anything for my issue.

Please help.

Thank you!

Vin

I am afraid this is a known bug for Mac users. I have the same bug. A work around for now is to create a folder and escaping right away to cancel making the folder. This should make your files and folders reappear.

Have a look at this post if it describes the problem you're having.
