Sweep on square with fillet changes fillet size

Greetings,

I am trying to sweep a sketch along a square with a fillet:

But when the body is generated the fillet changes size across its depth:

I need the fillets to be a constant size across the body's depth, but I do not know how to achieve this, and cant seem to find any similar examples.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Gabriel

Please attach your model.  At first glance, it seems your have selected an inclined edge, in your profile, which would result in a tapered filleted corner.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Hi,

If you want the fillet in the oblique corners to be constant, you have to go this way:

Thx for the detailed explanation, it makes a lot of sense.
Don’t know why I didn’t think of that myself, maybe it was too late at night 😉

Cheers,
