I am able to import .dwg files to start working, but when I am trying to export my finished project the only file format options I am getting are

.f3d

.igs, .iges

.sat

.smt

.stp, .step

As per the webpage for Fusion 360, all the below formats are supported. Please advice why I am not able to export in other formats (screenshots attached). I am using Fusion 360 downloaded from Apple App Store and currently I am using the Education License.

You are correct, Fusion 360 supports the IMPORT of all your listed formats.  This list is not for supported EXPORT formats.
