Drawing - cannot select edge for angular dimension

Fusion isn't allowing me to select the edges created by section view in order to dimension the angle. Not sure if this is a bug or user error. Please see the attached image and F2D/F3D files.

This is because this edge really does not exist in Fusion 360 mind.  When you made the section of a round object, the line generated is the edge of a continuous curve so Fusion cannot see it.

I did some further testing trying to find a work-around for your angle dimensions.  I think I have found a reasonable solution, not exactly the best, but workable.  Please take a look at the screencast for the process.  Please note the process begins by right clicking on the background of the sheet and select Angular Dimension from the context menu drop-down menu.  Also note that you can place the dimension value in a number of locations, not necessarily the ones I chose.
