Subscription without desktop installation

Hi. I'm a medically retired nurse, currently on disability. I spend most of my time in bed, and I need things to distract me from pain. My primary computer is a chromebook, and I have no access to a standard computer with which to install Fusion 360 and set up an account using the standard procedure.

I plan to access Fusion Team through the web portal. But I need a subscription to do that. Is there a way to set up a hobbyist subscription without installing and going through the procedure on the desktop computer which I do not have?

Thank you for posting in the forum! Unfortunately it's not possible to activate Hobbyist/Startup license without installing the program on Windows/Mac computer at this time.
