Well, it was a short lived victory.  F360 can connect when i use my phone hotspot but not when I use my home wifi.  My other laptop connects fusion 360 just fine on my home wifi.  Why can I not connect with this one?

I have attached the log files if anyone can help out.  This is getting really frustrating.....

Hi Brian,

Thank you for posting and I am sorry to hear about the issue. I had a look at the diagnostic log files but unfortunately I was not able to find out why the issue is occurring. Could you try the solutions in the articles below to see if that helps?

Please let me know if you have any questions.

I have tried everything at least twice.  The only thing I didn't try was the permissions thing.  I just tried that and it didn't work.

At this point, I would be willing to let someone remote in if that would help.  I've scoured the forums and Autodesk knowledge network trying everything I could find to no avail.  I am using Inventor so it isn't a do or die situation but I am teaching colleagues how to use Fusion and it is helpful to be able to show them how to do certain things.

Well, I have tried everything I read in the troubleshooting section at least twice.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still Fusion will not connect.  My laptop downstairs connects but the one I travel with will not.  Anyone else have any suggestions other than pointing at the troubleshooting section at the autodesk site?

Got it fixed.  Apparently, my Autodesk folder somehow got hidden despite me unhiding it twice in the past few weeks.  I even performed an uninstall twice and it didn't fix it.  Shoutout to @masa.minohara and @James.Youmatz for the help.
