missing dialogue boxes/manipulators

hi there, 

i am trying to follow along with a course, and have just started with sculpt mode.

i have just created a box and get the 'box' dialogue box appear on right of screen where i choose 'direction: symmetric', then i specify the measurements.

i hit enter and the dialogue box disappears, and i don't get the manipulators (trying to adjust the height), as you can see from the image below (my box is the bottom of the two):

i have cleared the user cache

i have reset to default layout

no luck working out how to alter the cmddia or filedia from command line? (or if i should)

changed the resolution of screens

latest version of fusion 360 installed (fresh installation)

or is it just something i'm not doing right? 

any advice or ideas would be welcome, and apologies if this has been pasted elsewhere but i can't find it!!

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 community and thank you for posting! 

Hitting Enter key makes you leave the command so you need to enter necessary values in the dialogue box before hitting Enter key.

The screencast below shows an example of how to create a box and edit it.

Also, I recommend that you go through our online tutorials to get started with Fusion 360! Hopefully that helps!
