.STL mesh reverse engineering

Attached is an stl mesh from a 3D scan.  It is a scan of an engine rear cover that will be adapted to another transmission. So all I'm really looking to do is reference a few of the holes relative to the large center hole.  Is there an easy way to do this?  Any help would be appreciated.
