Startup Licences expiration stupidness

The expiration date on my startup licenses had expiring in 14 days for 2 days then it went to 13 days and for the last week it has been 14 days again, I have put in to have it renewed but have not heard back.

Sorry for the trouble, Daniel. I've escalated this case and requested that it be passed on to the team in charge of Startup licensing.
