Start up too long

Since last update earlier in April Fustion 360 client start up takes too much time (can be few minutes), it goes offline too often, models often fail to download (it says no JSON), it hangs while saving new work (after restart it manages to upload and reload it), it says "we're updating services" almost all the time, etc. Is that because of the recent reslease of the new version and everyone else experiences the same or is ti just me?

Hi @dkorchagin,

 

Thank you for posting! Personally I'm not aware of other customers that reported a similar issue after the latest update but it sounds like the issue is related to your network environment. 

 

I have found another forum thread that may be related to your issue here, and the issue was fixed by cleanly uninstalling Fusion and re-install. Would you mind trying that to see if that helps?

 

If that doesn't help, could you attach the diagnostic log files?

Hello, it looks like the problem was caused by blocking entire subnets in Russia, as consequences of attempts to block Telegram messenger. I believe it has nothing to do with your service as I realized.
