Solidworks part file not opening

Hi,

I have created a home part model using Solidworks. I have downloaded this model to A360, but I am getting the attached error every time, same goes with the step file as well. Can you please help me understand this problem?

If you want the file to be translated so it can be used in fusion you need to upload using Fusion's data panel. It looks like you just uploaded using the web interface so the file uploads without translation, although I think the viewer should still let you view. The Solidworks file might be a problem if you have the latest version of solidworks as it takes a few months before other software companies update their translators.
