Very slow when I edit a track and draw a circle or a line. Problems after last Fusion update. Use HP PC with AMD 4C 2.40 Ghz - 16 RAM

Hi @bombolo ,

Can you create a screencast of the performance issue. Also - is this only for one certain file/sketch, or is it happening on brand new designs.

Thanks,

What graphics card do you have? Can you attach a copy of your graphics diagnostics, try enabling limit effects on the graphics diagnostics dialog.

Hi @bombolo ,

That is a very weak graphics card, and I believe it is AMD's integrated solution. Does your machine have dual graphics card. It is hard to say if what we are seeing is related, but as @HughesTooling suggested - it may be.

Also, how much RAM does your computer have available? It looks almost as if it is taking a long time to compute. Have you used Fusion a lot in the past?

Thanks,

16ram. I use Fusion every day. I have been using this PC for 1 month because my beloved Mac has stopped working 🙂

You didn't really answer the question if Fusion has worked OK on your PC. Don't suppose you've deleted all active projects like the people in this thread. Might be worth exporting and uploading your diagnostics log as well.

On this PC I worked without problems. I don't know what diagnostic log means. I'm sorry.

Not a Windows problem just a corrupt install, could happen with any computer\os. Don't know where support has gone, doesn't seem to be a lot of help at the moment!

Hi @bombolo ,

I am sorry for the delay - I missed the notifications last week. As @HughesTooling mentions, it may just be related to the installation/or perhaps even a bug with a certain driver and how it interacts with Fusion sketching. Let me know if you want to attack this again on your Windows machine.

Thanks,
