I've been having a problem since I first installed fusion 360 about a week ago. When I launch the application on my pc it gives me an error screen which says :

There was an error while logging in to Fusion 360.

Anyone with a solution please I would appreciate the help.

Here's a picture of the error: Screenshot (48).png

I would appreciate the help very much since I need to use the program for a class.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Thanks for posting!

Have you gotten a chance to look through this support article? A lot of time this is due to a proxy, or firewall/antivirus. Can you please post your log files here if that article doesn't help?

Thanks,

Hi @Anonymous ,

Yes those are the files! Can you please attach the most recent one (should be at the bottom) in your reply? And can you also attach your web services file? (C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\WebServices ). Did you also happen to go through the article?

Thanks!

Yes, I went through the files and neither the proxy nor the network was the issues to Fusion according to the aid given to me. Thanks for letting me know about the article.

Here are my most recent log file as well as my services file.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Thank you for the logs! Various settings on the machine can cause the system time (although perhaps displayed correctly) to appear incorrect. This solution article shows how to verify this and sync the clock with internet time. Please follow those directions and let me know if this helps!

Thanks,
