Hi @Anonymous,

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that! Can you please check to see what version of Fusion 360 you have (under Help > About) and let me know what type of laptop and what OS you have?

Also, what type of mouse are you using?

Hi @Anonymous,

Thanks for the info!

If you switch to another configuration, does the shift button work there? (the SolidWorks setup uses Shift+MMB to zoom and the Alias setup uses Shift+Alt+LMB, Shift+Alt+MMB, and Shift+Alt+RMB for pan, orbit, and zoom, respectively)

Ok! Have you tried in SolidWorks or Alias mode as well, or just Inventor?

Ok, in that case can you please double-check that the batteries in the keyboard aren't low, and if your system has energy settings for USB devices that the keyboard isn't set to an energy saving mode?

We generally see this issue happening with Macs or with a SpaceMouse-- after you've double checked the above, can you please upload your log files so I can take a look through them?

Also, what display settings and grid/snaps options do you have activated? For example, do you have the layout grid activated, what visual style are you using, etc?
