sending files from TinkerCAD error

I'm a high school teacher and my students and I are unable to send designs from TinkerCAD to fusion 360.  I first open F360, ,next I open tinkerCAD and select a  basic hape like a gear from the library and then opt  to  send to fusion360. The design then opens in a window but when I opt to  "open in Fusion 360" I get the message " Sorry we  are unable to send your design to Fusion 360 at this time." I have received this same message over period of weeks. Any ideas of what we are doing wrong?

@emcmahon49RJG  Only basic shapes can be transferred to Fusion, cylinders, spheres, boxes etc. Not sure a gear will work, try just a simple basic cube.

I did a quick test using items from the basic shapes and it works fine for me.

Just tried the same design after adding a gear and the gear does not transfer so might be your problem. Only the orange part transferred to Fusion.

Fusion does have a gear generator add in from the Add-Ins menu if you need gears.

I have the same error message as well. For months it has worked great. But now, over the last week been getting the message. My designs are not complicated. Wish I could get some expert advise. So far nothing. Wondering if SoildWorks will be better.
