Section views on separate sheet
Insert a base view off the sheet, add the section and drag the view onto the sheet. If you just export as a PDF all you'll see is what's on the sheet. If you save as a DWG the base view will show as well.

Do you mean on one of the other sheets? You could add the section on the other sheet and just move the view off the sheet, then edit the text on the section view to match.
