Saved Project Upload failed

Hi

I have ongoing problem each time i opened fusion 360 where one of my saved project cannot upload and it keeps buffering with a warning status. Others file are completely fine and I can opened them without a problem except this file. I had tried reinstall the software but it wont fixed it. I untick 'optimize file transfers depending on network performance' on network section but still the same. I also tried to export this file from the cloud but came out as 'export failed'. 

I'm terrified my data would be lost as i don't have any backup. Please help me.

Thanks for posting! 

Can you please look at the suggestions in this article? Specifically, clearing your cache and opening the file from A360. 

If that doesn't work, your file may be stuck in the upload queue. Instructions here.

Thanks for replying. My file was actually stuck in  the upload queue! The file was sketched from another computer and it didnt upload well. I was at my end and I gave up after that. Didnt think it went back to normal after I opened that computer.
