Save as STL causes a crash/exit

Hi all, 

Up until today, this has worked fine. I am currently unable to save to STL however, with any files. What does work, is the File -> Export -> Selecting STL as the file type.

I get to the dialogue of selecting the format and mesh density, but as soon as I hit  'Ok' and the file explorer window pops up to save to a location, the entire application crashes with no warning.

I have deleted the cache, I've updated my display drivers, but it has not helped. I am using Windows 7, have a GTX760 and I'm currently using the personal free offering.

Any help is much appreciated.

Several customers are facing this crash.

One of the possible cause has been identified. Is this related to what you are seeing?

Hey! Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately I cannot uninstall Chitubox as I use it very frequently. I tried using a different view type in that folder, list view but that didnt help.

The thumbnail generation prompted me to think of moving the STLs elsewhere. Moving the STLs to an archive folder that already preexisted in there has fixed it though! Thank you. Such a simple solution that I may never have thought of otherwise. It happened all of a sudden so I thought the error was elsewhere. Thank you.
