Right Click on a Component or a Body, Save as Mesh.
Select 'Refinement Settings' and set to 'Custom'
Change the 'Surface Deviation' to 0.025 and Max Edge Length to 1.
Click OK and saves the stl file.
Try the same process again, and the 'Surface Deviation' and 'Max Edge Length' have changed again.
It is not Saving the settings for the Custom Settings.
I had reported this a long time back, after it changed with a Fusion update. Feedback was that it would get fixed. It never was. Please try harder.
