Running into problem * PUSH PULL CIRCLE * Following youtube tutorial

Hey I am following this youtube tutorial and I keep running into an issue with pulling the first circle. There is these lines and a beige colour on the shape that I am trying to pull. I first ran into this issue when I tried to "Inspect - Section Analysis" and now its defaulting with this movement.

When I pull it, the image does not display any material being pulled. Its registering the numbers but nothing happens when I complete the action.

Has anyone ran into this before? its very frustrating 😡

Thanks for the help in advanced.

Thanks for the Help! Got it.

Maybe you can help me with this one too...

I don't know why my selection is defaulting to the bottom of the object. My line and circle automatically attach to the bottom even though I am selecting the top and creating new sketch from there.

Same tutorial, at about 12:30 into it.

We need your data to teach.  We don’t know why it defaults to the bottom, shouldn’t happen, but without your data, we can’t help with your data problem.

No matter, if the Sketch is on the bottom - you can still make the cylinder with what you got,

Extrude > Two sides.

For the first side, click the top face, for the second side adjust for the bottom face, slide the handle up to the same result.  Bit advanced but keeps you going.

Might help....
