Report: Combine command doesn't work properly after the Spring update

I am making models of honeycomb structure like below.

 

It is made from a cylinder shape honey combo structure with combine command.

  

But now, the combine command produces errors after the latest update.

Error report is below.

Error: There was a problem combining geometry together.
If attempting a Join/Cut/Intersect, try to ensure that the bodies have a clear overlap (problems can occur where faces and edges are nearly coincident).

I wonder the problem is occurred by the latest update and it will work again after next updates, or my data has some problems fundamentally and the former successes were accidental.

Hope someone can inspect this issue.

I can attach the fusion format data if it's need.

Do you have a model that was working in a previous update and now doesn't work, or are you just trying the workflow newly in the latest release?

If you could attach the model it would help me or other community members figure out what's happening in your model.

20230214 is a model made in the previous version.
20230316 is a model that combine command doesn't work in the current version.
Hope someone know the cause of this problem and if there is another method to make similar model, I hope to know it.
