Render issues

Recently I have came across some issues with F360's rendering function. In-canvas rendering works fine, but when i try a non in-canvas render (local or cloud) the the background is not renders instead its rendered in a solid color, the issue is only present in some files, and I only recently came across the problem.

I have tried a fresh instal but that did not help.

I also tried to copy and duplicate the file, and render the new copy but that didn't help either

The included image is supposed to be on "plaza" background with "ground plane" and "Flatten ground" turned on.

Im using the educational version of f360 on a 2015 Macbook air, with MacOS Big Sur

in the included picture there is a mirror plain body in the central axis of the car because i only worked on one side of the car, and i use a mirror to see both sides

Thanks for any help it's much appreciated.

Here is the link for a copy of the original file which has the same issue.

This looks like a bug to me. It renders fine in Canvas, but the HDRI is missing in the local render.

When I disable "flatten ground" in the Scene Settings it renders fine in the local render.

In another thread we reported missing object textures. @Steven_Gao helped there.

I've been told that there are no improvements to the render environment on a road map, but looks like there are a few things that need to be cleaned up in the render environment.

In the meantime I have found a makeshift solution to the problem.

Export the  project as a .ipt than import the exported file back to F360.

be aware that although this method fixes the issues with rendering but it deletes the timeline(just imports bodies), rotates everything by 90 degrees, deletes all sketches, and simplifies all textures.

I hope my solution helps if you have similar issues.

As additional info. In my design, it seems to happen when I'm using the tile option in appearance.. In screen render works correctly. I've added a local render and a screenshot of the in-screen render.
