Relatively simple model has really bad performance on joints.

I have a midrange ish in size model and it only has like 4 joints but they are all painstakeingly slow

Six joints are all behaving normally in my download.  2 Revolves are not required.

 

Sooo many (Assembly) Constraints and Capture Positions - some with yellow warnings are likely the problem with other parts of the model, but not the Joints.

 

Might help...

As @davebYYPCU has already mentioned, the reason it is sluggish is because of the obvious warning messages you received when the constraints in the timeline broke.

 

In general, the assembly constraints in Fusion are NOT meant to replace joints, which is a much better way to assemble %90+ of this assembly. My guess is that joints in general are faster than assembly constraints. There are also much fewer joints needed. 

 

I would also not expect to see ANY  position corporate features in this assembly.

@492042 I also did not observe the slowness in assembly operations you mentioned. 

By "joints are slow", you mean, the drag components is slow, or the create/update/compute/drive of these joints are slow?

 

The warnings are related to lost geometry on some Constraints, which should not cause any slowness in the assembly. The slowness is mostly due to conflicting joints and constraints which does not seem to be the case here.
