I am getting an error message when trying to recover an import document.

Cannot open the following recovery documents because they are located in a different Team. Switch to the corresponding Team to open the recovery document.

Any help would be appriciated

My email for Fusion is kglasnapp@gmail.com

When I do find hubs I get;

Join a Hub We couldn't find any hubs that you might like to join based on your email address.
If you know the name of a hub youd like to join, contact its administrator for an invitation.

I am having the same issue. I remember there was an update that forced some sort of necessity to use these teams? Seems to have broken using recovery files that were taken before that. Really frustrating. My laptop crashes a lot and sometimes I don't realize what broke until awhile later when opening a document. Now I've lost something that I wouldn't have if it weren't for this update.

It still fails when I try to recover the old document that was created before I upgraded to Hubs.

How can I access the old unrecovered document?

I have upgraded to the latest version of Fusion.
