Perhaps I'm missing something but I can't extend the radius dim leader line and keep the leader pointed to actuall geometry of the radius I'm dimensioning.
Anyone?
Radius leader frustration
You are correct, Fusion 360 does not have radius dimension leader extension. You can however use the new Sketch function to create the extension lines. In my Screencast I placed a full circle extension. If you would like, you can also use the trim tools to make it a partial curve as shown below.
