"Failed to select tool for operation"

i just tried to select a tool from my cloud library that i have selected hundreds of times in the past in order to create a toolpath and it says "Failed to select tool for operation".

I tried selecting other tools from my cloud library and got the same error.  I tried tools from my local library and same error message.  I then copied and pasted my tool libraries into my hub library (whatever that is) and still got the same error message.

My business income is shut down until this is fixed.

I did some googling and found this issue has cropped up numerous times in the past.  It was posted that closing Fusion and reopening it temporarily fixes the problem, and that worked for me, and the issue hasnt arisen again.
