purge all instances of an object in a model

I am working with a very large model that was imported from a .SAT. It has thousands of parts in it. Fusion is choking on this large model pretty bad and I want to delete a bunch of parts from it so the file is easier to work with, for instance like the thousands of bolts, nuts, and washers that are a part of the model. Most of what I want to delete are parts that are in the model in many instances of the same part. Is there some quick way to delete every instance of a particular part at one time without having to find them all in the various subassemblies and clicking to select them all individually?

You can use "Select by Name" to find all components with the same name, even partial names, either by body or component.

The answer was stareing me in the face the whole time and I didn't see it.  Thanks!
