Project limit exceeded

I haven't used Fusion in a while, launched it and found it needed an update. After the update it required me to log in. Then said it has expired. None of this was a surprise because it has been a year since I used it last. Log back in and and go through the steps to register as an individual using thins for personal non-commercial use and everything looks good. Then I try to create a new project and it gives an error of "Project limit exceeded". Log into the hub to see if anything is different and try to create the project there, same error.

Did some web searching, tried deleting the appdata --> local --> Autodesk --> webservices folder like one of the FAQ's said to do. Still not working. My account is listed as "startup" which seems OK for the type of licensing I chose.

Frustrating

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting in the forum! I confirmed in the internal system that you have a valid license for Fusion 360.

It sometimes takes up to 24 hours until the status of a license syncs with the cloud storage. When did you activate your startup license? If it hasn't been 24 hours since you activated, would you mind waiting for a while and try again later?

If the issue persists, please let me know and I will reach out to the A360 team for further investigation.
