program does not load fully

When I try and load a sketch from the Data Panel it does not seem to load completely, the blue circlr keeps revolving in the data panel. Previously it would stop when completely loaded. modifying a drawing then saving it, is also a problem it retains the previous version and discard changes. What to do?

Sorry for the trouble you are facing. 
Can you please collect log files for the issue you are facing and attach here?

Open Fusion fresh--> Repeat the issue you are facing--> Go to Help->Support and diagnostics-->Log files--> show in finder/folder appears -->copy from the location and paste the files here.

Thank you for your response, I must admit I am not very clever with
computers so I apologise for the delay in responding to you, as I had some
difficulty in getting the info!!
Anyway, I hope what I have attached is what you requested and you can
decipher then problem.
