Fusion can't open ____ which was persisted by version 2606.1.33 with your current software version 2605.1.52.

I did all  of the reccomended troubleshooting options. Here is the log file: What do I do?

@cmud4247p1 Go into Fusion - Help - support and diagnostics - check for live update - it should prompt that there is an update available. This should update you to the latest version.

@RajkumarIlanchelian It says I don't have internet connection, even though I do and I'm literally sending this from the same computer.

@cmud4247p1 If you have not can you please do the following?

1. Log out of Fusion
2. Close Fusion
3. make sure that it is not running in task manager
4. Restart the machine
5. Login to Fusion and truth live update again?

If it does not work, can you if possible connect your machine to say your mobile hotspot and see if it now notices network?

Sorry for the late response, but I am still getting the same issue even when using hotspot. It still says I dont have internet. This is odd because when i create other projects, I can save them and they still save to the cloud.

@cmud4247p1 Can you please do the below?

1. Logout of Fusion and close Fusion
2. Go to Add/remove program - Selection Fusion - change
3. This will launch the Fusion service utility
4. Run the repair Fusion
5. This will reinstall Fusion and launch it

Now does it all work? If it does not then

Go back to Fusion service utility and run the gather system info. This will generate a Fusiondiagnosticsdata.zip file. Please post that here.
