Problem with user parameters

I have declared user parameters that are calculated from other parameters. Dimensions on the sketch, despite displaying the correct dimension of the user parameter, can be grabbed with the cursor and moved. The film shows how the dimension changes during moving, although I shouldn't be able to do that because this dimension is fixed. When I release and move the line to another place, the dimension value updates to the correct one taken from the user parameter, but it doesn't correspond to the dimension in the drawing. I am posting an f3d example from the film.

I had a quick review of the file.

I think the User Parameter that is using driven values, is not working.

Your 3 vertical lines are not black, so they need driving dimensions to work, in my opinion.

Might help....

You're right, but I have projects where it works well. I've had a few cases where I've noticed such strange behavior

Not sure, but I think driven dimensions, can only be referenced in the same sketch that owns them,

User Parameter is not inside the owning sketch.

Well, yes, but as you can see, I have it in one sketch. If it is as you write, I think it is unfinished. Because I should not be able to write rules involving such parameters in user parameters.
