Unfold - alter - refold issue

Hello, all

I have a sheet metal box of a certain size. I want to extend the width of this box:

Unfold

Move side wall, the flange line and wall moves

Refold.: Problem: It refolds at the former width, not the extended one.

How do I accomplish this task?

Edit: File attached, rightmost unit is the problem, the wall in question is defolded and the width adjustment is done.

While this does not address the sheet metal question you asked, I thought I'd point out that none of your components are properly assembled.

If you want to create a proper assembly, then I would recommend not using the position capture feature at all, but utilize the assembly joints to position components.
