Problem with updating and error at startup (related?)

Hello, the update percentage is still at 0 and I can't do anything about it, restarting the memory clearing program didn't help. Win10, newest update instaled.
When starting the program, an error appears: it is not the whole file (it is impossible to copy more). 😑

1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager
2. Go to %localappdata%\Autodesk\ then DELETE the following folders – Webdeploy, Web Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder) 
3. Delete the shortcut that is used to launch Fusion
4. Restart your machine
5. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again
6. Now install again

Hello, I managed to solve it in a slightly different way.
The installation from the new installer showed an error.
By the error code, it was possible to determine that the media extendet packet was missing.
After installation and restarting the computer, the update went smoothly

It's a pity that no one thought to add an error code during the update...
