When I try to render something it doesn't start. I tried with local and cloud render but the render never stops being submitted.

It does not render a simple box.

Hi @jasolluWPT6D,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!

That is definitely strange. I would be curious to see why this is happening. Did this ever used to work for you, or has it always gotten stuck? I'm surprised that local is failing to submit too. Can you please go to the help menu within Fusion and collect your diagnostic log files and post them here. I'm unsure if they will point out any specifics as the requests are not technically failing, but I'd still be curious to see.

Thanks,

Yes, I have tried it before and it has worked.

I've prove to Render with another account in my computer and with my account in another computer and it has worked in both cases, but no results with my computer and my account.

Thanksfor your help

Hi @jasolluWPT6D,

Hmm, good to know. So obviously it is something specific to  those account settings saved on the computer. Can you go to the help menu in Fusion and clear your local user cache and restart Fusion? Also, does anything look pending in the render gallery?

Thanks,

I just sloved the problem myself, if you happen to render something with a pcb design, make sure you turn off all parts without a proper 3d design. Otherwise it just won't start rendering
