I'm a student from germany and downloaded fusion360 a few months ago.
For a project at my university i need some turntable renderings. The first three worked very well, without any trouble.
The next one showed an error message, that says I'm out of Cloud Credits.
I knew that students usually have unlimited credits so i checkt my Fusion Version (is the correct one: "education licence") and compared the preferences with a fellow student (his unlimited credits work).
We found the drifference in the preferences in the tab "Cloud Credits".
The fellow student has just one row with the contract "99999..." type "shared", the unlimited one.
In my preferences there are two rows. The first one is the same unlimited one, but the second is called "UDVTNPZG..." type "individual". That conctract is limited and without enough credits left for my next renderings.
Also at Autodesk homepage his account has the status "student" but there is nothing like this at mine.
I was already in contact with autodesk support by e-mail and followed their instructions to clear all cookies an cache and reinstall fusion360. unfortunatelly that did not work.
You can see some screenshots attached.
I hope someone can help me get back my unlimited student cloud credits.
Thanks for your help beforehand!
Best regards
Franziska
