Problem Syncing between 2 devices

Hello, Im new to fusion 360 and I've been enjoying it throughly. Currently Im unable to open a project in my main computer after opening it on my laptop. Im unsure what could possibly be the issue but I made sure to save and wait until its properly synced to close the program. Not sure how to proceed

What is the message you get when you try and open the model?  Check the Fusion 360 versions, on both computers, to make sure they are matched.  Can you reverse the direction and open a model created on your laptop created on your main computer?
