I have a serious problem with my personal license, and it has me very worried since I have been struggling for several days and I cannot find a solution, I do not know if the root of the problem comes with the implementation of the team hub status that was enabled in my account, when obviously I do not have or belong to any type of work team, I am simply doing some simple projects for 3d printing which is what I am passionate about, although the program shows that my license is about to expire that I renew my personal license, when trying to do so I have only had problems and it has been impossible for me to communicate with someone from support, starting with the AI ​​​​that becomes completely useless for this function and seeing myself cycled in the same problem over and over again

 

I attach some screenshots of the problem that does not allow me to perform any action, I do not know if there is a way to exit that team hub and return to how it was at the beginning, simply my personal account, because this change has only brought me problems and I fear losing access to my projects, since they have taken me time and effort to complete them and I do not want to lose them just as I do not want to lose access to my account

As you can see, when I enter the link to renew the license, only this message appears, when obviously I do not belong to any type of work group and in that team hub only my linked account exists. I do not know how to solve the problem or how to contact support directly because I no longer know what to do or how to get help.

Hi,

If you activate a 30-day trial phase (full functionality), you will keep your account and can still opt for a personal license at the end of it.

So, what you are suggesting is that I should first activate the 30-day free trial, even though my account was not created recently? After this trial period, I will be able to decide if I want to purchase a full Fusion 360 license or if I can renew my personal account again?

Because, as you could see in the images I shared, I currently have no access to any renewal functions from the web. I would like to know if this is what you mean and if you are confident that this method will work, even though my account was created several years ago.

Even though I know of many cases in which the method described has worked, I would still recommend requesting an up-to-date, reliable statement from @CGBenner
