Problem Moving Existing Drawing Views

If you are a left hand mouse user with the pick button configured as the right hand button, you cannot move a place view in the Fusion drawing environment.  I have tested this on numerous Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems with various mouse brands and drivers.  I do not have access to a MAC operating system so I cannot verify if the problem exists there as well.  Please take a look at the attached video.  @ClintBrown3D, I hope you will test and place this problem in the list to be fixed.
