Problem in uploading STEP file

I've been trying all morning to upload a .step file into Fusion but it's still uploading and for the longest time the status hasn't moved even the slightest. 

I've checked whether I have the latest version of fusion and yes, I do. I've also checked the upload speed of the current network I am on and the speed is fairly well.
