Part of extruded body missing when including a specific profile

I was originally able to extrude this body properly. I made some changes to the project which I don't remember and suddenly a whole part of the body was missing. I tried to fix it and the behavior seen is the video is what happened. Recreating the body from scratch yielded the same result with the same part of the body disappearing. The project file is included.

I fixed the bad behavior by deleting the two highlighted lines in this screenshot. This definitely looks like a bug.
