You did not say what the "bug" really is. You cannot tell from a video with no sound or any text to detail it. Also, please attach your model.

From the video, it appears that there is an issue applying a parameter to some dimensions. The problematic dimensions appear to have been created by breaking a sketch offset, correct? I was able to replicate this behaviour. There is also another issue where such dimensions do not have a parameter ID ("d123" etc), which you can see when selected in the bottom right of the video and in my attached images. Predictably, this also means that they are absent from the "Model Parameters" section of the Parameters table, also shown in the attaches images. This was discovered by attempting to reference one of these broken dimensions with another, manually created dimension that was intended to always match.
