Origin Issue

So, I haven't used fusion in a while but i came back to some weird things that must be new bugs.

The first thing I cant figure out is that, when I start a new project and create a few blank components. The first components origin is centered and fine, but the components origins I create after are in some random place in space that doesn't match the first one. I have no idea how to fix this. Its preventing me from being able to create sketches that match up with the first component...

please help
