Orbit Icon missing in Fusion online?

I am using Fusion online and the orbit icon thing usually in the top right of the screen is missing.  Is this a bug on my end or is it just not in the online version?  

If it's not in the online version is there something that replaces its functionality?

I just tried the online browser version and there seems to be a problem where the fusion window is not maximising to fit the window in Chrome.

I did find after closing Fusion's data panel if I togged between the home screen then the tab for the current document Fusion resized to use the small display area correctly but still not nice to work with such a small area.
