One folder is permanently locked from other members

I'm the creator of the team, but whenever I look at one folder in specific, I'm the only member of this project even though I want others to see it.

I don't get the permission tab, I only see the project members

Firstly, you need to invite the members to your project. Follow the steps below:

Then, you can manage permissions for each specific project that you have by going to Admin tab:

There under "members and roles", you can assign who can do what.

P.S. You can also invite members in the "members and roles" tab:

The people are already invited to the team
I thought I could just add them easily without inviting them all again to single project

Fixed

I went to admin -> Projects -> (Name of project I want to edit) -> Manage Roles -> Team Members -> Make admin -> Project Members -> make members you want into project editors
