Offline Error Message

Hi,

Every time my Mac goes offline, I get the following prompt that I would like to disable:

"You will need to restart for the following changed options to take effect - Enhanced Selection Experience Enable an updated selection experience in Fusion Electronics, with larger selection areas and clearer visual feedback."

How long has it been since you restarted Fusion? It sounds like Fusion is asking for an update.

I usually restart Fusion every day.

I also have this message appear every time the computer sleeps and comes back along with an annoying youre offline message. Sometimes this message appears twice amd this behaviour has only started in the last month or so but its unnecessary and I would also like this gone. It appears like any time Fusion360 gets anyway near fixing any of the 100 or so really annoying issues they decide to throw in something alse to annoy us.

I run into this too on windows but usually the warning disappears once the computer reconnects to the internet. I've asked the mods to move this to the general Fusion forum since it's not an electronics specific issue.

@tm2501B76WC @cprasmussen The message that you are in offline comes up when the compute goes to sleep and the network connectivity is lost. When you come back online it takes a few seconds for Fusion to retry. Until a month ago, you had to manually dismiss that offline message even when Fusion connected back online. We do have addressed it in the last month. 

Can each of you confirm which version of Fusion you are using? The latest is 2.0.19983

Also, can you please send us your logs when this happens the next time. 

1. Go to launch pad - Fusion service utility - Gather system info
2. Attach the zip files that are generated

@cprasmussen And just to add add more clarity:

1. Your Mac goes to sleep
2. On wake up of Mac you see the "Offline mode error" 
3. You wait a few seconds - the error does not go away
4. You have to manually dismiss this message
5. You also see the electronics message like what @tm2501B76WC reported after this?

I get this on Windows 11 too; each time my PC goes to sleep and looses network connectivity. I'm on the latest Fusion. I have to click on OK, only then will it reconnect, which is almost immediately.

I hope you're doing well. I've reached out to the electronics team to see what setting controls that error message. I don't recognize it. I figure a restart doesn't take it away.

Today we release Fusion V2.0.20256 and the error message should be fixed.

Please upgraded Fusion to have a try, thanks a lot!

Seeing the same behavior here.  Cannot get past it without clicking OK or closing the window.  Please advise. 
1) Computer goes offline (in this case, forced via Offline selection in menu).
2) Attempt to bring Fusion back online (same selection)
3) Window appears.  It does not auto-disable, you cannot click any other UI elements, and it does not reconnect automatically until that window is either closed or you click OK.  

I do not have the option enabled, and this happens regardless if I restart Fusion or my computer.  I have it set to auto update when available.  Please see the relevant info at the beginning of this video for build info.
