Numbers entered incorrectly in simple line entry.

I have an annoying issue that may be my hardware .. not sure. To keep it simple, when I draw a simple line two boxes pop up to enter the length and angle. I can type in the length .. no problem. When I try to type in the angle value at least half the time the second number overwrites the first, etc. So I can only enter one number. If I just accept the wrong number and then click on the angle box, I can enter the correct number. As far as I can tell, this only occurs with the line command and no other dialog boxes that require numbers has this issue. Also, no other software has this issue. Strange.

Software is Windows 7 with a standard USB mouse. Any ideas?

Windows 7 is no longer supported for Fusion.  This is likely the source of the problem.  fusion-360-announcing-end-of-support-for-windows-7
