Non-existent project stuck in uploading.

I've tried all the methods found in the forums and help section without any luck.

I can't even find the project that's stuck in my list of projects to delete. I'm not sure if it's related but my instance is also very very slow considering my hardware.

I can only find this project on my "manage documents" section and it counts as one of the 10 projects I can have open without a subscription. It doesn't exist anywhere else but here.

I tried using a force stop uploads using the command line, re-installing fusion 360, deleting cache, resetting fusion 360 and manually deleting %appdata%. nothing works and it appears in all instances of fusion360 across all  planforms.

Hi @amythechloe ,

Sorry you are dealing with this, you have already done the usual local fixes, and your symptoms point to something important.

If the item only appears under Manage documents, still counts toward your 10 editable documents, and shows the same behavior on every device, that almost always means the bad state lives in Autodesk’s cloud (your hub / document service), not only on your PC. Clearing local data cannot remove a ghost record that the servers still treat as an open or uploading design.

Follow below article to fix the problem

File upload does not start or finish in Autodesk Fusion

Hi.

I have tried the fix as demonstrated in both of the links and the second link temporarily fixed my issue until I re-launched fusion 360.

When using the command cleanupcache I can't add anything to my active document list as all my

Thanks!

EDIT: This time I made a new project after cleaning cache and it worked. I'm getting a CB_RNJ error when I open fusion 360 now, but things seem to function although they're extremely slow as usual.
