Hello, I work at Memorial University of Newfoundland in Canada, and I run a Makerspace on campus. We work with students on creating projects for their classes that they get graded on.
At the start of the semester, I was able to create my educational account without any issues. But recently every student that I work with is unable to create their account, since the verification email just doesn't get sent to our @Anonymous.ca domain. It does not matter how many times we click on "Resend Verification Email".
What the students have to do instead is use their personal email, which has only gotten them a free trial. This is a really bad solution and we would like for students to be able to use their @Anonymous emails.
Any reason why this is happening?
